• Registration and purchase of second-level domains (SLDs) under the .queensland , .brisbane and/or .qld top-level domains.
• Fractional ownership opportunities for certain digital assets (when available).
• Informational resources including vision, roadmap, and documentation.

3. Eligibility & Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may not use our services for unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or intellectual property infringement.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• KOOKY LLC is the exclusive operator of the .queensland , .brisbane and .qld top-level domains.
• SLDs are issued as onchain assets, transferable only through blockchain transactions.
• You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

5. Payments

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Payments are made in cryptocurrency through supported smart contracts or third-party processors.
• KOOKY LLC does not store or process financial information.

6. No Warranties

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or future value of any domain or share.
• You assume all risks related to blockchain technology and market volatility.

7. Limitation of Liability

KOOKY LLC is not liable for losses arising from:

• User errors (lost keys, incorrect transfers).
• Hacks, exploits, or technical failures outside our control.
• Price fluctuations or loss of market value.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe you are misusing our services.

Your blockchain assets remain in your control and cannot be revoked by KOOKY LLC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
